Who We Are
Founder & Principal
Prior to founding Aberdeen, Chris held positions with private and institutional real estate investment organizations in the United States and Canada. Throughout his career, Chris has led the acquisition, disposition, and development of over $1.5 billion in commercial real estate assets, as well as the management of an institutional portfolio with a net asset value exceeding $1 billion.
Chris holds a Master's Degree in International Real Estate from the University of Aberdeen (Scotland) and the University of Hong Kong. He is a Chartered Property Finance & Investment Surveyor, a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and a licensed real estate broker in Arizona.
